I am deeply touched by the generosity and enthusiasm over this past week in backing my new record FOUND. We're off to a great start and I’m picturing these songs coming to life in the studio. 100 backers helped us reached our Kickstarter goal of $15,000 in the first three days!
I didn’t know what to expect from a Kickstarter campaign (this was my first) and so set the project budget at a minimal level. Having reached that goal early, we’ve now got 25 remaining days to generate additional funding to expand the project into something truly wonderful. With another $5,000, I can add a lyric book, great album design, additional music tracks, more stellar musicians as collaborators, and a professional publicist to help launch the new record. It’s thrilling to think about.
So there’s still time for you to get involved as a co-creator of FOUND. As of today, we've raised about $16,500. Every pledge makes a difference, as does spreading the word.
